• Mount Kinabalu

  Sipadan is the only oceanic island in Malaysia, rising 2,000 feet or 600m from the seabed.

• Pulau Tiga
  The Pulau Tiga Park comprises three islands-Pulau Tiga, Pulau Kalampunian Besar and Pulau Kalamunian Damit situated in the Kimanis Bay, off the west coast of Sabah.

• Padas River
  One of the internationally best-recognised white water river in Malaysia is the Padas River in Sabah with its Grade 3 and 4 rapids offering some of the most interesting courses for rafters.

• Kinabatangan River
  It is the second longest river in Malaysia, with a length of 560 kilometers from its headwaters in the mountains of southwest Sabah, to its outlet at the Sulu Sea, east of Sandakan.

"Cute little guesthouse with friendly staff, if a little laid back (prime example of laid backness is second-in-command Razak!). Only has a handful double rooms, all with share hot water showers, so need to book ahead about a week in advance. Also two 8 bed dorms available.
